What is the defect?
Incorrect tightening torque applied to the engine oil HOSE 2 flare nut.
What are the hazards?
May result in engine oil leakage from the engine oil Hose 2 fitting onto the engine assembly.
What should customers do?
Yamaha dealers will inspect the Hose 2 fitting, re-tighten or replace as necessary.
You should contact your local Yamaha Dealer to set up an appointment to have your model remedied free of charge.
